[Amps] Help ID this amp?

[Van K7VS]

I have a neighbor down the street, W7LNG, that has one that looks exactly 
like yours.  Will ask him about original manufacturer.  Will get right back 
to you.  Actually, yours looks to be in nicer condition than his.  Van, K7VS
