Looks to be a creation of the famous "Doc Brown" of the Back to the Future movie series. I even think I spy the "flux capacitor" in the midst of it! All you need now is the "1.24 Gigawatts" required to power the filament. And of course, getting the whole thing up to 88 mph! John
