[Amps] Help ID this amp?

Man,. what a coincidence! My wife was out garage saleing yesterday and picked one of these babies up for pennies on the dollar. Unfortunately someone had already snapped up the assembly/operating manual. That wasn't you by any chance, was it? I'll gladly pay you for copy & mailing costs.

I just got this amp opened up and frankly I can't make heads or tails out of it.  Some of you on AMPS have more experience with this kind of thing than I do, so perhaps you could point me in the right direction?  Here's a photo:
