[Amps] SWR tuning

Hi All

I am getting a new set of tubes for my SB-200.  I assume that after I put 
them in, I will have to retune the input.  Where can I find a non-conductive 
allen wrench to adjust the slugs in the coils?  I notice that when I stick 
the metal allen wrench inside the coil, it changes the SWR without even 
adjusting anything.

Also, where can I purchase a new 80 meter coil and cap for the input tuning?
