[Amps] Bee's wax to hold screws

Beeswax is avaliable at a hardware store, just buy a closet ring that's what 
they are made of.  My dad had long screwdrivers with a metal clip on the end 
that would hold screws of any sort.  You just screwed them in and pulled the 
driver off.  I have looked for them but have never found one.
