[Amps] TenTec Titan 425 mods

I just bought a Titan 425 Monday which looks to be in good condition. 
It ran 1,500 out with between 60-70 watts depending on the band. Fan 
is a tad noisy (slight intermittent vibration) so I need to look into 
quieting that down although it's not very loud. I understand the fan 
is not available from TenTec anymore so doing what I can & maybe 
oiling the bearings will be as good as it gets.

Anyone know of a source for a replacement fan if I need one?

Any mods to the amp I might want to look into? 

I have some time to work on it, I don't have 220 wiring in the shack 
& have to work on that...
