[Amps] 8877 plate voltage

An 8877 will hi pot well over 10KV so that standing voltage is no problem.
However operating at more than 4KV is asking for problems as many have found 
out. We get into uncharted territory of  instability as well as rapid 
cathode deterioation when pushed to the max.
