East Coast Transistor sells ZX7.5 zener diode replacement for the original 
TL-922 D2 1S265 Zener.  The ZX7.5 is physically smaller than the 1S265 but its 
stud fits the mounting bracket ok.

Note:  the ZX7.5 mounting polarity is the reverse of the original 1S265.

In search window, type East Coast Transistor or Kenwood Parts and then ZX7.5 
part number search.
