[Amps] stability of amps

The Vega was fine once they switched to the Pontiac Iron Duke engine. Rust 
out was not an engineering issue, strictly cheapskates in the front office. 
Lots of nice south west examples are up here as summer drivers, some with V8 
conversions.

Pintos also.

The Yugo was something altogether atrocious from every respect.
