[Amps] stability of amps

OK, I will take a snare at this question.....If you built an SB-200 just  for 
10 meters with a nicely tuned tank circuit with a decent Q and a nicely  
tuned input circuit, you will probably have a stable amp.  When the amp is  used 
on 10 meters with a tank coil that is NOT optimized, all sorts of things  can 
happen (and usually do)when you are working with a tube (572) that is a bit  
finiky.  The proof to this is that Carl (Km1H) and myself have pretty  stable 
Sb-200 conversions for 6 meters USING the single band theory.
