Yes but for what purpose? It the fins are dirty then clean them out with 
your vacuum.

The dishwasher is used all too often by hamfest and on line scammers wanting 
to turn a well used tube into something that looks like its had an easier 
life. The caustics in many dishwashing products do a good job of removing 
tarnish and marks on the ceramic.
