[Amps] Glass Vs. Ceramic?

Hello all...I'm in the process of scouting around for an amp and was wondering what some of the main advantages would be to a ceramic tube versus a glass one...???  I was looking at the Ameritron Al-1200 which uses the 3CX1200.  Is it worth going to ceramic?

any thoughts would be appreciated....
