[Amps] Time Delay Relays

I am in need of 2 time delay(ON) relays with adjustable time of .1 to 10 
sec(more or less).  Need to have 24VDC input voltage and need to be plug in 
type.  I'm thinking  Potter Brumfield or similar.  These are for a step 
start circuit in the primary of a plate transformer.
