[Amps] Plate choke resonanse and safe operation

I agree that a GDO is only an approximation. Try running the amp at 500W 
to start at 28.0 mHz and then feel the choke for excessive heat. Go up 
in 250W steps and check each time.

Of course be sure all safety rules are followed!
