Well, I apologize. I should not have gotten so excited from having finished this amplifier, and started posted stupid questions out of excitement. Once I correctly set up my volt meter, I am showing 2500 V in SSB mode, just over 3KV in CW. Now, I have a valid question: Is the multimeter supposed to show HV with no tubes installed?
