1 - Photoshop  use  the  "magic wand" tool  to  select  the  coil  and  
use  the  eyedropper  to fill  it with a appropriate silver tone.

2 - Tarn-X available at hardware store a acid base cleaner which reduces 
the AgO to pure Ag rinse with distilled water as a final step
