[Amps] Class-E Amplifiers

There is not upper limit to how high in frequency 
a Class E amplifier can operate.

The "final amplifier" operates as a switch and so
the use of a tetrode instead of a triode would be
best.  At 75 meters and below mosfets are the
most likely candidate.

If a semiconductor is used as the switch then there
is a limit to the upper frequency (for reasonable
efficiency) but that is due to the semiconductor
(mosfet, typically) and not to the use of the
Class E topology.
