[Amps] Warm up time for SB-200?

Most tube manufacturers specify a settle time to reach full emission and 
temperature stability with thoriated tungsten filaments. They vary from 
10-30 seconds and I prefer to err on the conservative side as the 572B 
filament is rather fragile.
