But silver plated inductors look so classy.  Using bare copper is tacky, 
shows poor moral fiber.  Of course gold plating would look good too but I 
prefer the understated elegance of silver appearance.

Remember, in CA too much power is just enough.

I've read that silver plated coils encourage VHF and UHF oscillations.
