K2RIW has a published article on a Kilowatt Amplifier for 144 in the 1972 
ARRL Radio Amateur's Handbook.  I have this article, what specific 
information do you need?

 With this in mind, does anyone know were I could get some information on 
the K2RIW 144MHz Linear using 4CX250B's
