[Amps] WTB: Henry Parts

Looking for some parts for a Henry 3K Classic X Mark II.

1) The roller inductor.  (no, Henry Radio doesn't have any)
2) SSB/CW switch.
3) Bandswitch cams.  The cams that switch in the extra capacitors for 
low bands.
4) Lower shell (case shell).
5) Air filter.
