Tnx for the comeback Lon and Hal, all that you mentioned ckd ok. I have
found a 750 ohm 2 watt carbon resistor that cks shorted, it's in series with
the start up relay coil.
 I expect that when the current hits that resistor it goes open, I have had
this happen before. I will have to pull the xformer and the panel that holds
the filters, it's mounted on the under side. Will change the filters at this
time. Also will crack open the resistor and ck it's guts. Hal I'm in
