You KNOW your amp might be big enough when the hotel rooms, corridor
lights
and elevator pop their circuit breakers when you whistle into the mike.

You KNOW your amp might be big enough when you learn the hotel
reservation computer all of a sudden charged "$88,888.88" for a 
single when you were tuning up the night before.

-or-

You SUSPECT your amp might be pushing enough power
when the hotel maintenance man mentions he needed to put
new control fuses in 422 air conditioners that morning......
