[Amps] Class-E Amplifiers

No spectrum plots or IMD figures, unfortunately. Lots of detailed 
information (enough for reproduction anyway) on my homepage.
Several thousand QSOs under the belt with it and no complaints heard, so 
nothing obvious is wrong with its output or linearity.
