[Amps] What is this amp set up for

And some seem to have forgotten the old " You cant tell a book by its 
cover".

Im sure many dirty window restaurants are glad the fuss budgets didnt stop 
also. Personally I prefer the grungy fishing pier shacks in Maine for the 
best seafood.
