[Amps] CB GEM

A friend saw probably an equal horror at a ham rally here a while ago, I 
think what is worrying with QRO amplifiers is that some Homebrew ones are 
deathtraps but attract purchasers who are not competent to sort them out.

The hole in the chassis on this is a bit scary as it seems to show a 
disregard for any safety considerations. Presumably the wiring there is 
mostly heater wiring, can't see the HT wiring, probably in the pictures 
somewhere.
