[Amps] Harbach Elec now selling Peter Dahl Xfmrs

They are being built by Magcap in MA. Weinberg/Harbach is simply skimming 
his percentage off the top.

I would hope that Ameritron has better prices and I suggest looking at 
adapting their AL-800H transformer.
