[Amps] 3-500Z glitch resistor

Hi,

Another aproach I have seen is to signal a glitch (or any over current
situation) by measuring the HV-current and fire a string of thyristors.
Those thyristors are accross the HV ! and shorting brute force the HV, but
very fast!. That will prevent any current going through your tube and
provides time for the "normal"  (secundary) fuses to blow.

Of course on every glitch you will need to put in some new fuses :-)
