[Amps] Vacuum relay adjustment?

Thanks everyone for the fast responses to my question.  Sounds like the 
screw I see on the relay is not for adjustment.  I will try the suggestions 
from everyone before replacing the relay.
Have been checking prices and found that they are a little expensive.
