hello all,
 
i own the PowerMaster and really like it.
 
there were some problems which were specific to my operating system and  
communication with Jay was great! he was most concerned with my problems and  
modified the coupler to work perfectly. their customer service was beyond  
expectations.
 
just my "2 cents".
