You sterilize and de-grease a new immersion cooling coil (50ft 3/8" copper) before use to cool down freshly boiled beer, by boiling it in a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water. It makes the copper shine like gold. It should work great fot 10 meter coils. Just rinse with distilled water and dry afterwards. Jim N7FCF
