[Amps] How do you measure HV with reasonable accuracy?

On the e-place there is a company that has a quantity of Fluke 27/FM
multimeters w/ 80K6 HV probes for $65. I bought one some time ago and am
very pleased with it. They are ex military, comes with carry case and
the one I got hardly looks like it was used.
