[Amps] GS-23B construction article

There is a great construction article using the GS-23B (4CX1600U) at:

It is a 432 MHz amp, which is a band I'm not interested in, but the article is
well worth a read anyway. he does exceed the manufacturer's plate voltage limit
by about 20% but apparently is getting away with it. His figures for gain and
efficiency are impressive, especially at that frequency.
