[Amps] Chinese DIN connectors

Besides plugging them into a socket before soldering, I also apply a dab of 
rosin on the pins.  This helps the pins take solder almost immediately. 
Works great.

Somebody recently said that you could 'plug' them into a potato before 
soldering. I tried
