[Amps] Alternative cooling strategies for SB-220?

That wont work with the Harbach high speed fan, its an air noise issue.

A 200-300 Ohm 10W resistor will slow it down a bit and a toggle switch or 
relay can turn it into a 2 speed unit as done on the Amp Supply amps.
