[Amps] Testing tubes for an Alpha 78

that's exactly how Alpha suggests you check the tubes, one at a time.  in 
fact regarding one of the three holers they suggested eliminating one of the 
tubes (as I thought one of them was bad) and running the amp with two tubes 
and some cloth plugging the empty hole.  Van, K7VS
