Using a toroid wound with as many turns as I could get on the power cord did 
not solve my problem.  Neither did installing a toroid on the remote cable. 
The .01 cap completely fixed the problem.  I explained this 2 days ago on 
this reflector.  Why doesn't the originator just climb up on a step ladder 
and spend 2 minutes loosening 2 screws and put the &#@#! cap across the 
terminal?
