[Amps] Pole Pigs

When I saw my first contest station, the "amp" was a power supply that drove
6 RF decks.  The power supply was a pole pig, and you could run all of the
amps at the same time, if you wanted.

I haven't seen any pole pigs for sale.  Where should I look?  What ratings
do they come in?  When it's removed from the can, how much should I derate
it?

And please don't hijack this thread to talk about chemistry.
