[Amps] Old tubes and other components

A local amateur has a quantity of tubes and other components mostly dating back to the 50s and 60s. 

These include:

2 x NIB 833A tubes
2 x NIB 304-TL tubes
2 x 811 tubes 'part used'
National Velvet Vernier dial type AD (NIB)
Millen 10008 knob 3.5" diameter (NIB)
RCA 'Air Cooled Transmitting Tubes' technical manual RR3 dated 1938
Eimac Power Grid Tubes Quick Reference Catalog nr 171 dated 5/74

There is lots more including transformers, variable capacitors and hundreds of receiving tubes. Is any of this worth money? He is on a disability pension and really needs everything he can get.
