Colin, very good idea, it really is fascinating how us hams can be  
innovative.  I suppose you know that the mobile computers in police cars  these days 
use the "packetcluster" software to communicate data to the mobile  computer in 
the police cruisers. We all know this software and digital mode was  developed 
by hams.
