[Amps] 47ohm 2W resistor, who still has them?

    You don't need carbon comp- use a pair of 100 ohm 5w Metal Oxide, Mouser 
PN 286-100-RC.  Make the strap from the tube anode to the plate choke as one 
piece, make a "U" just big enough to fit 2 resistors inside, drill a whole 
for the leads and solder with silver solder.  That x 2 & you are done.
