Hi Gary,
  Not to contradict the all knowing Wikipedia but, 45 TPI is #24 enameled.  W' is likely listing bare sizes.

  With your other dimensions constant:

   #24 will wind up at 85 uH -- 46 TPI

   #23 will produce 72 uH -- 42 TPI

   #22 will be 58 uH -- 37 TPI

  Incidently, odd numbered wire sizes are very rare except in the realm of the transformer/choke manufacturer.
  
  Schematics, and other printed literature, are prone to errors especially where numbers and letters are involved.
