[Amps] Transformer Update

I'm just intrigued to know what would want 7kV ac at that kind of current.

I'm presuming that the plan is to rectify and smooth with capacitors in which case it's about 9.8kV DC.  What tubes use that kind of HT?
Or alternatively a resonant choke and about 7kV DC out  ....for a 4CX10,000D maybe?

Over to you, Steve:  What's it for?  I'm intrigued....
Also, how do you get enough blokes around a transformer like that to actually lift it?

cheers

Me, I can never remember when fishing for a boatload of fish---is it two or
three sticks of dynamite per 10 lbs of fish?
Same principle, hardly a sport (or hobby) and both illegal.
