[Amps] source for big iron

We have a tendency to always return to the same source for iron. Peter Dahl, for instance - maybe because he advertised in ham pubs. Those of you in major cities,take a look in your telephone book. There are companies that can and will do big transformer designs for you. I used to go to Basler Electric in E. St. Louis, American Magnetics in Illinois, SNC in Oshkosh, when I designed transmitters in Quincy. Some of these are still doing it, and they are in the midwest region.
