You should be able to find what you want at Mouser Electronics...........www.mouser.com.

I recently re-capped one of my two Alpha 78s. As an example of whats available, check out Mouser P/N: 75-36DX231F450AC2A. The caps I received had no plastic ring as your picture indicated........

Be aware of the dimensions to ensure fit.
