If a monoband 20 meter it could be a plasma generator final amplifier.
They usually operate on 13.56 MHz. Just change bias and perhaps add a little more power supply filtering and
retune to 14 MHz band.  Some add bandswitched coils and convert them to multi-band.

Also anyone out there got a power supply for a Harris 3230 amplifier or a complete amp for sale..parts..
