The part is an old Johnstone Supply order stock # G22-354 or G22-355 Cone
GloCoil made by Eagle but does not show up in their online catalogue today.
But I am looking at an old 1995 catalog. Try the URLs below
I think this what you are looking for.

Subject: [Amps] Balast Resistor used in Henry PA's

I am looking for one (or two) ballast resistors (heating element), approx.
30Ω cold, that are used in various Henry amps., specifically the 4K-U. They
are made from helically wound Nichrome wire on a ceramic form. The resistor
has a screw-in, light bulb type base. Any help would be appreciated.

Tks es 73 de Mike K6QD
