manual or auto-ranging digital multi-meter. It provides the following 
full scale measurements: DC: +/- 200Mv, +/- 200V, +/-1200V. True RMS 
AC Volts: 2V, 20V, 200V, 1200V.  Resistance ranges in Ohms: 200, 2K, 
20K, 200K,  20M.  I am a non-smoker, and this instrument is in very 
good operating condition with a bright display.  Included are the 
test leads, an extensive factory manual, and a small component test
