I am pretty sure that the newer consoles (Classic Models) will just about cover 2-30mhz with their roller inductor plate circuit. These would include the 2K, 2KX, 3K, 3KX, and 5K.

The 4K Ultra is an older model with vacuum plate and load caps and a single 8877. I think it will cover 2-30 also. I have seen then referred to more than once as doing duty for HF embassy communications.
