[Amps] Dummy Load "Oil"

When replacing oil in a bird load u must make sure what type of oil is in 
the load Bird uses synthetic oil as well as mineral oil Bird will supply the 
correct oil but be ready for sticker shock. The oil they use is PURE oil 
different than avail. in the store.
